How to make alkaline water in order to stay away from fatigue, digestive issues and cancer

We all know by now that if we want to stay healthy and to make our body fight against and prevent many different diseases, we should keep it in alkaline condition. But, as we all know, many factors can influence that and can make it more acidic, or even highly acidic. Environmental factors, processed foods, all types of chemicals, stress and other factors can cause this!

This is very serious problem, because it can lead to more health complications, such as: fatigue, digestive problems and weight gain. So, if we don’t balance the acidic levels in our body on time, it may influence the healthy cells and make them toxic as well. In time, these toxic cells will turn into cancerous cells. The value on the pH scale goes from 0 (the most acidic) to 14 (the most alkaline). We can say that 7 is neutral, and the human body is built to thrive in a slightly alkaline environment of 7.4. But, this is not the same for all organs. Some body organs function on different pH levels. For example, the pH of the digestive tract can vary a lot, from 1.5-7.0, and it is influenced by many factors, but mostly from the food we eat.

The pH level of our saliva is lower (it’s more acidic) in order to help the digestion of food. The pH ranged from 6.5 – 7.0. But, on the other hand, the typical value of the skin is 5. According to a study, published in the International Journal of Cosmetic Science, in 2006, researchers have found that the pH value should be 4 – 4.5, in order to be more strong. Why? It should be stronger in eliminating and preventing body infections. And this was discovered a long time ago. We are all aware that the food we consume can significantly determine our overall pH levels and in that way, our health condition.

The famous Dr. Otto Warburg, in 1931 has found the truth that has made him win the Nobel Prize in Psychology or Medicine. The medical experts and researchers constantly were trying to determine the pH value of different foods and their contribution to the environment of the body. Dr. Otto Warburg found that 90 – 95% of all types of cancer appear as a result of an acidic environment in the human body. And he also found that cancer cells can’t survive and they die in an alkaline environment. And as we said before, the pH value of alkaline environment is around 7.36.

Dr. Warburg found almost a century ago that there is a connection not only between acidosis (over acidity) and the formation and growth of cancer, but there was a connection with almost every chronic disease nowadays, such as: heart disease, diabetes and osteoporosis. That is why it’s extremely important to recognize when your body is too acidic. The easiest test to check your pH value is to do a saliva test using a regular pH paper.

If you don’t have pH paper right away, you can also determine it by knowing the following symptoms:

  • Constant fatigue;

  • Muscle pain or cramps after walking short distances;

  • Frequent shortness of breath.

When your pH level drops, your body’s mechanisms are trying to regulate themselves in natural way – to create homeostasis. They do this by holding and storing some excessively acidic substances in your organs, including your liver, lungs and kidneys. This will maintain the pH level at optimal value, between 7.35 – 7.45. But these acidic compounds will start to “attack” the healthy cells and causing them to be toxic, damaged and sick. So, after some time, if this issue is not solved yet, these cells can grow without control and spread to other body parts or organs. And, eventually, they will metastasize.

The main cause for chronic acidosis is the “modern” diet.

This diet is rich in unhealthy foods, such as: processed sugar, caffeine, highly processed food and alcohol. We can also mention that these foods are grown using many different additives, pesticides and growth hormones, which are extremely toxic and acidic. So, it’s completely understandable that you need to make many changes in your diet in order to maintain and keep your health. So, you can also benefit a lot from a detox, made by consuming this healthy alkaline water.

How to make our own alkaline water – recipe

Ingredients:

1 tbs. of Himalayan salt;
1 organic lemon;
2 liters of purified water (it’s recommended to have an osmosis filter);
1 big glass jar (plastic jar has chemicals and impurities that are acidic to the human body).

Directions:
First, you need to pour the water in the glass jar. Then, cut the lemon in slices and add it inside the water. At last, add the Himalayan salt. Now, close the glass jar and leave it on room temperature for 12 - 24 hours.

If you want to get the best results from this homemade alkaline water, you need to drink it first thing in the morning, on empty stomach. You need to drink at least 3 glasses of this alkaline water every day, on empty stomach. However, you can also drink this alkaline water during the day.
