Creative meditation for self-esteem

Imagine yourself in a current situation in your daily life, and then visualize some person (known or unknown), who treats you with lots of love and admiration. Visualize that you are a wonderful person (continue with this, even if you feel embarrassed).

Visualize more and more people who come and watch you, with infinite love and sympathy. Imagine you are in a show or on a stage, and you see how you receive a gigantic wave of applause, encouragement, love and appreciation.

Allow the applause to sound loud and clear in your ears, and then stand up and thank warmly to the audience for their support and appreciation.

 Here comes some meanings you can use to increase your self-appreciation:

  • I like myself more and more, and I accept myself gladly.

  • I express myself freely, clearly and easily.

  • I am a strong, delightful, creative and devoted human being.

  • I feel good when I am happy and loving, together with other people. 

  • I don’t have to strive to satisfy others by any means. I like myself and this is enough for me.

By repeating one meaning at a time, for at least 27 times, monotonously, in the morning and in the evening, right in that moment between being awake and asleep, you will program your subconscious mind, which is you most devoted servant. It does exactly what you tell it to do, when you do it with conviction and faith.
