What we are all looking for is happiness, and as some researchers think, one of the mysteries of the state of happiness resides also in the mysterious transformations that occurs in our body, when we eat. Taking into consideration the famous quote “we are what we eat”, which now it’s not only a quote, but a proven scientific fact, we can make use this in the best possible manner for us. We do eat every day, so let’s eat aliments which make us HAPPY.

Just as a tripod cannot remain in a standing position unless the three steady feet, the state of health of the human being is based on observing these three basic conditions. This ayurveda vision is very practical and extremely useful for all human beings, no matter the age or sex, no matter the country or the intellectual level.
In order to maintain a perfect state of health and to live a long and happy life, a wise human being must always try to know very well and apply these essential conditions of a happy life.
